Timing matters
A session the day before an event should feel different from one during a recovery week. Pace and intensity follow your schedule.
A new Lovelock chapter
We're planning to welcome you at 921 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive around the first week of November. The exact date is still taking shape, so appointments remain at our Baylen Street location until we confirm the transition.

Movement-informed massage and assisted stretching for athletes, performers, and active lives.
The approach
Sports massage is not reserved for elite athletes. It can serve runners, lifters, dancers, musicians, tradespeople, weekend competitors, and anyone whose body is asked to repeat the same demanding patterns. The session starts with your activity, schedule, and current goal—not a generic sports routine.
Depending on where you are in your training or performance cycle, the work may be focused and energizing, slower and restorative, or built around mobility. Massage, compression, targeted tissue work, and assisted stretching can be combined to help you feel more connected to your movement.

What to expect
Tell me what you do, where you feel restricted, and what is next on your calendar so the session fits the moment.
Simple, comfortable movement may help us identify what feels limited and which areas are working overtime.
We blend focused bodywork with assisted stretching or movement when it supports your goal and feels appropriate.
We finish with a brief recheck and a realistic suggestion for recovery or self-awareness between sessions.
How I work
A session the day before an event should feel different from one during a recovery week. Pace and intensity follow your schedule.
Effective sports work does not need to leave you depleted. We target what is useful and preserve your capacity for the activity you care about.
I bring technique and observation; you bring real-time information about your body. The session is a collaboration.
A note on scope: Sports massage can support recovery and body awareness but is not treatment for an acute injury. Seek medical evaluation for sudden injury, marked swelling, loss of function, numbness, or severe pain.
It depends on your goal and how your body responds. A lighter session may fit closer to an event, while more focused work usually needs recovery time. Share your date and activity when you book so the session can be paced appropriately.
Not at all. Sports massage is useful for many active or repetitive lives, including performers, recreational athletes, physically demanding jobs, and people returning to regular movement.
It can be. I may incorporate comfortable, consent-based assisted stretching when it supports your goal. You can always choose a massage-only session.
