Comfort is the priority
There is no ideal massage position you must tolerate. Support is adjusted until your breathing and body can settle.
A new Lovelock chapter
We're planning to welcome you at 921 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive around the first week of November. The exact date is still taking shape, so appointments remain at our Baylen Street location until we confirm the transition.

Comfort-focused massage with supportive positioning and room for your needs to change.
The approach
Pregnancy can change how you rest, move, and carry ordinary daily demands. Prenatal massage offers a dedicated hour or more to settle, receive support, and give attention to the places doing extra work. Every visit begins with how you are feeling today, because pregnancy is not a fixed condition and no two sessions need to be identical.
I use bolsters, pillows, and side-lying or comfortably reclined positions to help you feel secure. Pressure, draping, temperature, and positioning remain adjustable throughout. The session may focus on the back, hips, legs, shoulders, or simply the experience of slowing down.

What to expect
We review your current stage of pregnancy, how you are feeling, and any guidance or changes from your prenatal care team.
Together we arrange pillows, bolsters, and the table so you can rest without forcing one standard position.
Pressure and focus respond to your comfort. You can pause, reposition, or request a change at any point.
We leave time to transition off the table gently and notice how you feel before returning to your day.
How I work
There is no ideal massage position you must tolerate. Support is adjusted until your breathing and body can settle.
Massage complements—not replaces—prenatal healthcare. When questions arise, your obstetrician or midwife is the right source for medical guidance.
A position or pressure that felt good last month may not today. Each session begins again with your present experience.
A note on scope: Please tell Lovelock about high-risk pregnancy, recent complications, or medical restrictions before your visit. If you have urgent symptoms or concerns, contact your prenatal healthcare professional rather than booking massage first.
Most sessions use side-lying and/or comfortably reclined positioning with supportive pillows and bolsters. We adjust the setup around your stage of pregnancy and what feels restful that day.
Many uncomplicated pregnancies do not require special clearance, but your healthcare professional knows your medical history. Ask them first if your pregnancy is high-risk, you have complications, or you are unsure whether massage is appropriate.
Share your stage of pregnancy, current comfort, recent health changes, areas you would like addressed or avoided, and any instructions from your prenatal care team.
